dark marks from acne

Ive been on the regimen for about two months now, and my acne is completely gone... However, I now have dark marks all over my face where my acne used to be. I think its called hyper pigmentation...whatever it is, it is annoying. I would love to be able to wear minimal amounts of makeup, but because of these dark marks on my face I cant. So, i was wondering if anyone has any tips or information on how to get rid of these dark marks. Thank You.
