cumulative dose

what is the total amount of accutane on average that should be consumed by the end of your course? I am only taking it for 4 months and i know its different for most people, but whats the norm amount of mg consumed?

i calculated my course to be an intake of 8960 mg or 8.96 g.

what about everyone else?

does anyone drink lemon juice while on accutane and find it helps with redmarks or anything else ?? or is it disruptive to accutanes purpose?

for me booze doesnt help my skin which sucks. Also shaving is irritating.
At least Ive trained myself not to pick at my skin as much.

Just curious how it is for everyone elses complexion.

i am wondering if anyone has experienced a breakout after drinking any form of alcohol on accutane?. I had a few drinks in the new year and had a flare up but I am hoping that is was just because it was my initial breakout period.

Also I know it isnt great to drink while on any medication but does anyones accutane booklet say to avoid alcohol? because my 40mg packages do not.

electric shaving technique

hey all I recently purchased the norelco cool skin shaver. I am wondering if anyone else has an electric shaver and if they have found a technique afterwards to prevent flare up or irritation?. So far I just dampen my face with warm water and use the shaver while my face is wet, it is a wet shaver but I find it hard to use in the shower without a mirror. Afterwards I rinse my face with cold water. I dont think this has proven very effective and im unsure what to do.

any help from experienced electric shavers would be great, whats the best way to treat your face with these things? even though it is still a little irritating, its still isnt as bad as a blade and I dont want to go back to them.
