has anyone used the Concha Nacar Night Repair Cream?

I seriously can't find any info on it! Its teh one with oyster shell powder made by the Perlop people...I feel like Im the only person who has ever used it. I used it tonight for the first time to combat the wondeful accutane dryness, its also supposed to help somewhat heal redmarks. ANYWAY it feels quite greasy...but idk if anything can really break me out while im on tane...Can it? Has anyone in the world even used this cream? Any feedback on the cream or breaking out would be great!
Oh yea the first ingredient is mineral oil which scares me half to death knowing how poreclogging it is.

My Holy Grail...Accutane!

Oh yes my day has finally come...well kinda, but in a month i will really be celebrating! But for now im still soooooo happy to say i got prescribed accutane! Im an 18yr old female 100lbs and have acne since I was 14... yes it made high school oh so fun! haha actually I got my first whitehead ever in 8th grade and i popped it at school in the bathroom. I kinda freaked out when it bled (cause i didnt know it was supposed too ahaha) My friend was there and thought it was funny that id never had a pmple b4 so i lied and said id had one b4 but it just didnt bleed. I was embarased that i HADN'T had acne! ah i was a mere fool at the time.

ANYWAY sorry for that random antecdote haha. Basically Im really excited to start !!! sucks i have to wait a month ugh but i understand why, cause there's a lot of idiots out there who would get pregnant so i get why ipledge is necessary. I shoulda just walked into the derm with a hat on and taped my boobs down, talked in a low voice and pretend to be a boy, so i didnt have to wait a month...hmm theyd prob figure it out when the blood test came back haha. No i really dont mind the month im just happy i got prescribed the best thing in the world. I've prayed for this for so long, so im happy i finally got it. OH both my brothers took accutane too so i kinda know what to look forward too, come on IB, chapped lips, and dry skin woo!

Rt now im trying to figure out whether i should go on Birth control pills (im abstinent so i dont have to) and if i do what kind to take...but i shall find out tomorrow most likely.

oh and any recommendations on supplements, lotions, or anything u think ill need are greatly appreciated!

should i take Birth control with accutane or not?

ok ladies SO I went to the dermatologist today and low and behold i got accutane! well not really "got" i have to wait a month but u know what i mean. Im an 18 yr old girl and im "abstinent" so my derm said i dont have to take BCP if i dont want to. BUt I asked if it would help with my hormonal breakouts. She sems to think 'tane will get rid of my hormonal breakouts all together--like during the course and forever afterwards. I however am a bit more skeptical uh huh. Also my period is pretty irregular, so that makes me think maybe i should. So anyway should i take it or not...any expriences would be great thanks!

finally went to derm today

So yep i finally went to a dermatologist...on christmas even no less haha. Anyway i was hoping to get an oral antibiotic and topical but alas she just said i needed clindamycin for now and to use my BP at night too with it. She prescribed me the lotion...anyway just wondering if this works for ppl? do u want to tell me ur experiences with it my friends? i already read the review page, some ppl loved it others hated it so we'll see.

does minocycline get rid of comedonal acne?

ugh i post too much ahaha.

So im going to my first derm appt nxt week ( Christmas eve actually, what a great present haha) and am going to request minocycline for like a few months along with a topical antibiotic. ANYWAY does minocycline get rid of clogged pores/ comedonal acne, cause thats mostly what i have, although i have a few inflammed ones too. Also can anyone recommend a good topical antibiotic? i hear clindacym or however u spell it is good?
