My breakouts pretty much seem to be related to my monthly cycle. Anyone having success treating these kind of breakouts. It really pisses me off that I am clear two weeks out of the month and then all hell breaks loose. One week I am breaking out during my cycle and then it takes a week to clear up. Whats working for you ladies? Any tricks or tips you can share?

Is anyone using the pill or other form of BC to control your periods. I have read that some people use the pill to skip periods. If you are doing that, do you still still breakout during the week that you would normally be cycling? Same with the Depo shots. If you are one of the lucky ones that doesnt have monthly periods with the Depo shots, do you still break out monthly?

Has anyone had an hysterectomy? Did your breakouts stop?

Wasnt it enough that we were cursed with periods? Did we have to be cursed with hormonal acne too?

I am in some serious need of some help here. My stomach is tore up and I dont know what to do. I was sick for a week and during that week I ate very little. I had no appetite and when I did eat, it tasted like crap. I ate the equivalent of 2 days of food in a 7 day period. Now that I am feeling a little better I found that when I try to eat it upsets my stomach of the point of near vomiting. I tried eating light stuff like soup and crackers or toast. That even upsets my stomach. I cant even tolerate chicken broth. My stomach growls constantly because I am hungry and it growls even worse when I eat something. What is up with that? I can tolerate liquids but not solid food. I have had one bowel movement in a week but I dont feel constipated or bloated or gassy. I dont know what I did to my stomach. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

Well kiddies! I did it good this time. For weeks I have burning the candle at both ends and it finally caught up to me. Between my job and my personal life I cant remember what its like to not be stressed out. For weeks I havent been getting the proper amount of sleep either due to insomnia or working double shifts or just because there isnt enough hours in a day to get everything done in my hectic life. I am now paying the price for the neglect that I have instilled on my body. I have been in bed since Monday evening with a lower respiratory infection. I have it all. Chest congestion, fever/chills, cough, headache and sore throat. I had a severe asthma attack Monday evening which is the first one in 6 months. I knew it was only a matter of time until it caught up with me. I ran my immune system into the ground. My skin is already showing the signs of a weak immune system also. I have a large red pimple forming on my cheek and I expect more to follow over the next couple days.

I was just preaching to someone the other day about listening when your body talks to you. I was exhausted and I should have taken an extra day off work and just rested but I ignored my body. Now I have missed 2 days of work, 3 after tomorrow. Dam! Dam! Dam! eusa_wall.gif When will I ever learn!

I was just over on the Redmark Board and I read a post about using Green Tea leaves to make a toner for redmarks. Have you read anything about this? There's one main poster and two or three following his lead and thats just not enough to convince me. Since you are so knowledgable about Green Tea I thought maybe you had come across some info about this during your research. I am searching high and low for a treatment for my redmarks and I'd prefer that it was natural since I am already putting 2 different chemicals on my face. Thanks for any info you can pass along. Lorrie

Oh, one more thing. Can crushing up supplements and putting them on your skin be beneficial. I would think that they wouldnt absorb into the skin properly. Any thoughts on this?
