Do shallow indents improve with time on their own?

Do they ever show improvement with time if you just dont use anything to try and fix them? If so, is the progress years, months, or will they always look the same no matter what? Please, someone answer me if you know or if you see even remote "levelness" over time

Will at home microdermasion help with very shallow indents in my skin?

I have very shallow indents in my left cheek damn it. So sad because I had such smooth cheeks and always told myself Im lucky to not have broken out in direct center if my cheeks. I read great reviews about the Olay Regenerist Microderm and peel system. Factually, I need advice as to what this can do for pockmarks. Can microderms make them more pronounced?

Retin A micro for shallow pits/scarred pores?

My derm gave me Retin A micro 0.04% for like 3 shallow pits that you can see in certain lighting and like 4 scarred pores from foolishly popping blackheads before they were ready. Im so depressed, dont know what to do cause I was pretty like two months ago:(. Im afraid to use retin a and was wondering if anyone had success with actual scarring not just redness/acne after using this.

Also, Ive read like two reviews about how the Olay Regenerist line really helped scarring for some people and it gave me hope and I might use Neutrogenas otc night cream with retinol before the presciption. ANY ADVICE PLEASE?

Will Vitamin E help even blotchy skin not just red marks?

I mistakenly used AcneFree Scar Eraser that contained hydroquinone and it was expired, and it lightened my cheek so bad! Will Vitamin E help my normal color come back?
