Does Polysporin work on acne scars?

It says on the package that it is best suited for "moist weeping wounds".

I have a pimple that is scabbing and I was wondering if I can use it on that scab so that it can heal faster and not leave a scar. Will that work?

Can Webber Vitamin E Ointment help minimize the appearance of acne scars?

It says on the bottle that it can relieve and promote the healing of sunburn, minor cuts and other minor skin irritations and I know that Vitamin E can promote the healing of scars. But can the ointment work on ACNE SCARS?

What to do with a dried up pimple?

I have a pimple that is dried up right now. There is a tiny dark spot over where the pus is, so I guess it is starting its healing process. But seriously though, I can't walk around with that thing on my face for a week! What can I do to get rid of it faster? And how do I know if there is poison underneath it? But anyway, if there is poison underneath, how does it look like? Apparently I asked something similar on Yahoo, but I only got one answer, and that one answerer told me not to touch it for about a week.

Oh yeah, and what if I don't touch my dried up pimple and it forms a scar? I already have a few on my cheeks and I don't want anymore!

Why am I getting more pimples?

I'm 16 this year, and it is this year that I have had the most pimples ever.

I never really had a lot of acne, just one or two pimples from time to time, but I find that I'm getting a lot - I currently have a few scars on each cheek, and I have three ex-pimples (don't know the word for it...but they're reddish bumps on your face that no longer have the pus in it - and I DID NOT pop them. They just went away on its own and I just happen to have the bumps).

Oh, and I got two new pimples this week.

So why am I getting more pimples? I'm not stressed (Okay...maybe except for stressing over the amount of pimples I'm getting), my period was over about two weeks ago, and I haven't been touching my face a lot.

The makeup that I'm using to cover up the scars is Lancome Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup and Ultima Wonderwear III.

I'm using Neutrogena Acne Stress Free Cleanser, Mary Kay Formula III toner, and Johnson's Baby lotion for moisturizer.

I've tried the baking soda mask for three days in a row, but so far, the only "change" is maybe a smoother skin texture (minus the pimples).

Oh, and I tried the Refining Mask for about a week, but nothing really happened.

My pimple accidentally popped. I now have a red spot. Now what do I do

I had concealer on my face and I was washing it off. I think I might've scrubbed a bit hard while I was rinsing off my Neutrogena Acne Stress Control cleanser because after I pat dried my face, I noticed that the pus in two of my three pimples were gone. I now have two still-red spots, although no blood or liquid is coming out. Oh, and as for my third pimple, it started bleeding randomly. So what do I do now? I want the red spots to go away!

I currently use Mary Kay Formula III Blemish Control Toner. And I use the ProActiv Refining Mask when it comes to treating pimples.
