Is this Milia and will the regimen work for it?

I just got off accutane and I'm getting these little tiny white bumps but they dont look like they have pus in them, i tried to pop one and a really thin layer of pus came out but it is still a bump what kind of pimples are these? I saw a pic of milia and mine are just above the the skin not realy on top of it like the pictures I saw on Dan's homepage.

Accutane then spiro right after?

Accutane didn't work for me So my doc just put me on spiro, which I was on a long time ago and it worked for the first 3 weeks til I started ortho tri cyclen which made all hell break loose haha. So I was just curious if accutane didnt work and u tried this did it work or not?

Only on the Placebo pills....

When Im on the placebo pills my skin is pimple free! It is so gorgeous and a few days after I start my new pack...then I break out AWFUL the whole time until Im on the placebo pills again.

Why is this??

Im at the end of my accutane course and it has not worked so obviously something else is going on.

I just switched from loestrin to apri so maybe things will get better. Is there a reason why every single bc pill Ive been on makes me break out?
