Products not received after USPS posted delivery

Hey all,

I placed on 6/26/2009 at 4:33p.m. My purchase includes the Starter Kit, 8 oz. bottles ,6 oz. AHA+ , and 8 oz of Organic Jojoba Oil which brings a grand total of $82.43.

After receiving a confirmation email that my order was shipped out "A package was shipped to you on 06/29/2009 via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail" i checked the track and confirm of my order. My order stated that it was sent on the 29th and received on the 30th at 3:44 pm through the USPS website. I was home at the time and no product was received.


My order number was 250065.

Before i get flamed for posting this i have sent 2 message to the acne.org support and have not yet received any response about my problem. I am not blaming the website. I think it is the USPS fault and i have already filed a complaint. I am extremely frustrate with this. I paid $82.43 for something i did not received which i feel is completely BS.

Has anyone ever encounter a problem like this. What can i do about this?

My name is Ken and i have been searching around in this forum for quite a bit now. I have started my regimen about almost a month now. I have up my doses of Bp and now i am starting to see flakiness as well as my skin is starting to peel. I am a Asian male btw if that helps. What should i do about skin peeling?

Any help would be appreciated.
