Hello...

Since I've seen some posts about people wondering if there has been any change to the DK treatment/lotion and the recent news from Dan that there WAS an ingredient change with the DK cleanser - I was curious to know (if possible) what recent ingredient changes have happened (if there is any) to some DK products that we are using.

I noticed a really old post in 2007 that was posted by Dan with ingredient change information - but haven't seen anything recent - especially since they have changed the wash.

Would we be able to know what changes have happened with ingredients in the DK products?
Like - for example - we now know that the DK cleanser has had Diazolidinyl Urea taken out of the wash.

Someone else was complaining about Butylene Glycol and the treatment - was this a recent change as well? Or has it been Butylene Glycol and not Propylene Glycol?

The reason I ask is because I am trying to get a handle on what is causing the allergic reaction to some of the great DK products I have been using - and I can't understand why something that I have been using for over a year - would suddenly stop working.

Thank you.

Hello all!

I ordered 2 new cleansers last month (April 2009) and compared labels with an old bottle I have of the cleanser and compared the ingredient listing on my bottles with those listed for the DK Cleanser on this website. I noticed the "Didazolidinyl Urea" is missing from the wash now (on the actual bottle label.)

However, the website has it listed in the wash ingredients. Are the new DK cleanser labels correct - or the website correct? Either way - I'd just like to know if you removed the urea from the wash - i know that Dan had mentioned they lessened it in the DK BP.

If the bottles are correct - could we know why they made this change? Is it a good change? Is the website going to be updated to match?

Thank you so much!

Hi all!

I have been a viewer of this board for a couple of months, but I thought I would sign up to help people with any questions they have on products. I am not a dermatologist, but my sister and I have a total experience of 20 years using Proactiv---and I am here to get anyone and everyone OFF that horrible product. It will not work down the road. Trust me. Between my sister and I, we have seen it ALL.

If you have any questions at all, about anything---I'd be glad to help. smile.gif There is clear skin ahead. It doesn't take 45 dollars to get it. People had clear skin before things like Proactiv.

I'm here to help.

No, Laurel is a pretty good area too. I've never been to Millersville though so I'm not sure about that though, sorry!

Indeed! I run 8-10 miles a day and I've always wanted to be a librarian - I've been working in libraries since I was in high school - so many years :) Books and running are in my blood!
