I've been dating him for 7 months and I just found this out last night.

It disgusts me to kiss him now. Is that silly?

I take extreme pride in my mouth being clean and I only put good healthy foods/drinks in my body. I'd hate to cringe everytime I kiss him!

Can he do something about that?

I tried the low carb thing by only eating meats, veggies, fruits, seeds, and nuts.. but I hated the way it make me feel spacey and irritatble. I felt like my brain was in a constant fog.

I was wondering how many grams of carbs would be enough for me to have enough energy and feel focused?

Also I was curious about what a good amount of fat is? I use ALOT of olive oil and sometimes use avocados and eat fatty fish like salmon.

Basically I am looking to find a healthy fat/protein/carb ratio.

Anyone knowledgable in this area?

I have long, thin, oily at the scalp, wavvy hair.

My typical hair routine is to wash, condition (on ends) and let air dry over night. I wake up with frizzy waves and quickly run a straightner through. I'm getting bored of this look and would like to utilize my natural wave.

I would like to find a product that I can apply to my wet hair and leave in overnight so that when I wake up, my hair has nice, natural, non frizzy waves.

Gels are too thick and sticky, mouuse just makes it more frizzy, and hair spray makes it stick together. I am looking for something I can run my fingers through.

Any ideas?

I have had dry skin really bad lately. It feels like sandpaper to the touch. I recorded my food intake on www.fitday.com and it said my total vitamin A was

Vitamin A mcg_RE 4538.5

Please let me know if you think this is dangerous, I can't imagine that eating healthy can result in a toxicity of vitamin A.

Here is a list to what I consumed that day as to where the vitamin A came from.

Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
Olive oil
Pepper, sweet, red, raw
Onions, mature, raw
Salmon, baked or broiled
Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
Olive oil
Avocado, raw
Celery, raw
Nuts, almond butter, plain, without salt added
Strawberries, raw
Blueberries, raw
Bread, rice, toasted
Apple, raw
Strawberries, raw
Chicken breat
Spinach, cooked
Cucumber, raw
Olive oil
Fish oil, cod liver
Fish oil, salmon

I know that seems like WOAH an enormous amount of food, but I eat small amounts. I will edit the exact amounts of each later. It all comes out to around 1600 calories just to give you a rough idea.

I remember eating a grapefruit 4 months ago and then experiencing a itchy, red, patch of bumps on my jawline.

I just had cherry tomatoes (as I do every morning), but these were more acidic because I could feel it tingling/burning my tongue.

About an hour later a patch of itchy and red bumps showed up on on my jawline. It itches so bad I just want to rip my skin off.

Also when I used to eat lots of oranges, lemons, grapfruits, and pinnapple... I used to get nasty sores on my tongue and inside my lips.

So I should stay away from:

oranges
lemon/lime
grapfruit
pinnapple
tomatoes

Can anyone tell me if the ACV I drink twice a day would affect this too? Also what other foods are high in acid that I should add? I tried googling it and only came up with meats, eggs, and grains. I talking about foods when actually in my mouth are acid/burning.

Thanks!
