Ok so I went for the first time a few days ago to see a derm, she prescribed me Benzaclin gel 50gm and Tazorac 0.05% I haven't used the Tazorac yet I'm kinda nervice lol she said my face is suppost to peel. not sure how bad I've been kinda looking through some things here but haven't found much.
Has anyone else ever been on this duo? how did it work for you, is there an IB with tazorac? I think the Benzaclin is actually working pretty well, I haven't had many new breakouts in the past couple days of use and my face seems a tiny bit clearer (atleast from the day I got the stuff) She told me that every third night I should use the Tazorac until I get use to it then slowly bump up to every night, and then I guess to the 0.1% cream If anyone has any recommendations on if I can/what I should use as a cleanser and a sunscreen to use that would be awesome, because it kinda seems like she is trying to push her products on me for everything, I already paid $116 for these 2 damn things! I can't believe I did really, I just hope it works so bad. If anyone has any info/experience on this stuff that'd be awesome if you could let me know!

I came across this looking around tonight
http://international.drugstore.com/product...Y-PLST-0-SEARCH and was just wondering if anyone here had ever used it and how well it works compared to Dan's BP, I think my skin might need something different, I have been using dan's regimen for almost a year, I changed to a different Moisturuzer (my skin is so oily half the time I don't even need one) and the cleanser I changed to a Oxy Exfoliator product, so far my face has been calm for the past few weeks since I started with the exoliating cleanser, seems like it's getting read of alot of dead skin cells and what not that seem to have caused some of my acne. Now I have yet to go to a derm, was thinking of going this week to get some medical advise but I don't really have the time or money right now, alot of things lately have me depressed and stressed to the max though and I try not but I am worrying that my acne may flare up bad because of this, I mean I got a new zit this morning right on my lip Go figure, so now public is a place that is rare to be seen lol as far as today went anyways. I have to admit I think acne is one thing that got me working by myself and in the direction of my own business, because I don't have to go see anyone unless I need material for cars or something. But back on topic if someone could let me know how the product, or something similar worked for them, and what kinda cleanser/moisturizer ect.. used that would be aweosme thanks alot!

Ok so I am startign a new thread cause no one has helped me except calendula in my first and previous one.
I have been on the regimen for almost 2 months, been using cleanser and 3/4 of a pump maybe of bp in the morning (more less just covering the lower part of my face the worst part) and then a very light amount of moisturizer, samething at night but I bp my whole face so about 1 pump or so and use less moisturizer, so I got jojoba oil to see if It would help with redness and I believe it has somewhat, but my face has just gotten worse since I started using jojoba oil, I put about 2 drops or so MAYBE in the moisturizer and mix it around before applying, it makes my skin feel oily and if I wipe my face I can feel the oil on my fingers If someone can please tell me if I am doing somethign wron or if there is anythign I should be doing that I'm not, I mean my face wasn't horrible before jojoba oil sure it was bad (mild/moderate) but it was clearing up just looked like a lobster bit flakey by my eyebrows and sides of my mouth, but I don't think jojoba oil has helped much, should I get aha or something? oh yeah I was using alot more jojoba oil when I first got it also like 4 - 6 drops possibly in the first day or so, did not feel right though so I lessoned it, it feels like it is just making my skin oily

Hey guys, I had replied in cottoncandi's thread but decided to start my own, the other night I tried this other moisturizer I believe it is a vasiline type I'm not 100% sure cause the label was ripped off, but I did notice it had some of the same ing. as DK's moisturizer, so I tried it last night and it only burned a bit on my pimples and this morning some of them where actually fading quite a bit but my skin was pretty dry so today I am going to try and use half of that and half the DK's moisturizer.
I'll get more into detail with my regimen later but basically it's the DK regimen so I was gonna ask though is a vasiline type moisturizer good to use on one's face? it has some aloe vera thats the only reason I am using it but it didn't burn like DK's moisturizer after the BP. TIA. |
