Does anyone know where I can buy a good air purifier? What type/brand is good?

I'm eating healthy, exercising, meditating and I think it's also important that I'm breathing clean air. I'm trying to do what I can to be healthy and clear my skin. Also, I have four cats and I need something to help with my asthma.
