Surgical procedures in the Bay Area

This Summer I want to go into more invasive treatments to treat my acne scars. I'm interested in subcision and punch excision.

Can anyone share any advice and recommend a good doctor?

What is your take on punch grafts?

I'm looking to have this procedure done. Punch graft, not punch excision. A piece of skin would be planted in the place where the scar was cut out.

I want to know if anyone has had this procedure done and what are the results. I don't want to be plunking down money on something that won't work.

How I got rid of my neck acne

First of all - I'm very happy to see this subforum opened. My neck acne has ALWAYS been different from the acne on my face and body.

I've had a bunch of cysts on my neck for 6 months I think. I was trying so many things - TCA peels, glycolic acid, mandelic acid.

Recently, no new pimples have surfaced. What did I do?

Well - NOTHING. Stopped putting so many chemicals on it. I moisturized and put vaseline on the individual spots.

To me, this was a shock because it was the total opposite of what I was doing. Sometimes, your skin needs to be left alone in order to fix itself.

Bay Area Excision Plastic Surgeon?

I am interested in getting punch excision done on my scars, but I don't know any good plastic surgeons in the area. Please recommend, I need your help!

Where to buy 100% TCA?

I don't know of many besides eBay, but I'm concerned about the quality of the ones sold on eBay. I know Julie sells a kit, but it's $55 for 5ml. That's outrageous. Please recommend!
