Anyone taking/taken accutane for mild, but persistent acne?

I've had acne for 10 years. It has been mild for the last few. My doctor told me I am not candidate based on severity, but I am based on chronicity.

Has anyone taken accutane for mild acne and was it worth it? I am strongly considering it as I am scarring from the acne I am getting now.

Pimple left a dent behind

I feel like every day I'm getting uglier.

What are the chances that it fills in? It's hard to gauge how deep it is. In some light it looks flat. It's definitely noticeable when the shadows hit it.

Closed Comedones Scarring

I have closed comedones all over my face, but if I try to push the gunk out with my fingers it leaves a tiny pinprick scar there. How do I get the stuff out without scarring my pores?
