Moisturizer before BP?

Is it as effective to apply the moisturizer before applying BP?

What do you think of this moisturizer?

Neutrogena Moisture Defense with SPF15

I'm from Singapore and this is the one of the few SPF 15 moisturizer I can find here. Do you guys have others to recommend?

A couple of questions

1)Is to possible to mix Jojoba Oil with Dan's AHA+?

2)I understand that the AHA+ will make my skin less resistant to Sunlight, does it happen only when AHA+ is on my skin or permanently makes my skin less resistant over prolong usage?

3)How long can Jojoba Oil and Dan's AHA+ be kept after it's open?

4)What do you guys think of this regimen?
