while on the regimen

is there any thing i can use to help fade red marks while i'm still on the regimen? i am mostly acne free but i have a ton of red marks, is AHA the only thing?

how do i can my mood?

I had a bad day

so yesterday i got home from work and i noticed that my car was leaking alot of water. i waited for my dad to get home(my dad used to be a macanic, and he still likes to fix cars) to ask him what was wrong. and he said that we needed to replace the soft plug. so this morning i drained all the water from my car and got it ready to work on. then my dad helped me take everything off and get the plug out, now so far this doesn't sound to bad but let me explain it alittle more. i HATE working on cars i mean i really HATE it, i'm afraid of needles and i would rather give blood than work on a car, so i'm already in a bad mood. then i have to crawl under my car to do stuff all the while grease, dirt, and oil are droping on my face, and since i have acne i'm having a mini freak-out. also i have bacne and am laying on antifreeze, which can't be good. so any way we got the new soft plug on and everthing back together and i start the car aaaaaannnnnnnnddddddddd it still leaks...agh. so we take everthing back off and get a better soft plug, we put that on aaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnndddddddd it still leaks. it turns out we needed to replace two more plugs...we got those on and it still leaks. at this point i'm really PISSED OFF. but this time it was just that the water pump needed to by tightened. well this all took 6 hours, out in the hot humid texas weather, with grease oil and dirt falling on my face...i could just feel the future breakout. so we finsh at around 3 i feel dirty and look bad. my parents say i should take a shower but i can't because that would wash off my BP. so i have to stay dirty. then at 5:30 i went to take a shower and noticed quit afew new pimpels. all day long i was in a bad mood, my parents thought it was cause of my car but it was mostly cause of my face.

well that was my bad day, sorry to bore you, and all in all it wasn't the worst day. and i know i am blessed to have everything i have, but still this was the worst day i've had in a while.

bulking up shakes

so i was thinking about drinking bulking up shakes, cause im really skiny. and i was wondering if it will have a positive, negitive, or neutral affect? i mean arn't they just vitamins like protien and stuff.
or does it have hormones in it? if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

What's the most amount of ACV I can drink?

So i've been drinking ACV for a few days now and i was wondering if i can drink too much ACV? i know that this sounds crazy but im actually starting to like the tast, and i could drink it all day. i have been drinking about 6 table soons a day with no adverse affects. can i drink more?
