Hi everyone,

So i swim quite alot, about 4 or 5 days a week, for an hour and a half each session.

I've got something called Diprobase cream from my doctor to put on before i swim.
I think it is supposed to make a barrier between the water and my face.

So i really don't know if swimming makes my acne worse,

Any suggestions or advice please? Or knowledge?

Thanks.

And some people saw swimming makes your acne clear confused.gif

Hello, I'm "Dictionary".

I'm __ Years old, and have decided to start a log to help myself see how I am doing.
I have mild acne, but after a while I have finally had enough. I eventually got the confidence to talk to my parents about my acne and i decided i wanted to go the doctors.

So, i was first of all prescribed Zineryt, and after 8 weeks there was little improvement. So i went back to the doctors and i have now been given Oxytetracycline Tablets (250mg).

I will be taking 2 tablets twice a day, and have enough for 8 weeks.
This is the whole course, from day one.

I would be happy to add any information if anybody is interested. And ill hope to update daily.

I do have alot of swimming training. So if this is linked?

Would love to hear any experiences with Oxytetracycline. and any advice.

Thanks wink.gif
