Anyone have success getting light scars to go away?

Ok now I'm not looking for a miracle or laser/surgery, just maybe a few suggestions from people who have tried scar creams, microdermabrasions or herbs/ oils anything that has helped them improve their scars. Mine are light and have faded a little over time, but It's still not enough for me, I'm just tired of not being able to wear certain clothes because of this!!!

there is a thread where someone was talking about using this stuff, but I never read how much they used and how often they did this, (1-2 times a day) someone help me!!! I want to take my shirt off without feeling self conscious too
