I have put benzoyl peroxide for my acne prone parts in my face for a couple of weeks. Yesterday I saw that bp had burned the area under the nose and left a large red spot. What can I do in order to help it heal faster?

No, I have been using antibiotic ointment called Bacibact. Its incredients are bacitracin, neomycin sulfate, paraffin and white vaseline. Is it ok?

Now that I have been using it 24 hours I have seen no improvement at all. confused.gif

Read the warnings on the product; no doubt it states don't use it over large surfaces of the body or for a long time. Moisturizing will help. Plain old petrolatum jelly will help. And no, petrolatum jelly is not comedogenic.

i have the same issue at this moment sad.gif
i started using the bp on friday and on sunday i woke up with nasty burn marks

i went to the doctor today and she prescribed me something called hyderm cream a.k.a hydrocortisone acetate

i hope it works but she also warned me it may make my acne worse..... this i can put up with since im on the regimen and am expecting pretty bad acne during the beginning stages anyways

its the nasty looking burn i cant stand its embarrassing i work in retail and everyone thinks i got my ass kicked because it looks like bruising

hope you found something to heal your up, if not i suggest you go to your doctor
