Face Still Red

I have been using the regimen since January 08 and I am completely clear, my only problem is my face is still noticabley darker/redder than my neck. The products I use are sepctrojel, dans BP, olay with spf 15 and dans AHA. I've tried dans moisturizer and cetaphil instead of olay with no change in redness, I dropped the AHA and that didnt seem to help either. For last few weeks I have only been using BP once a day but my face still remains redder than my neck, although not as bad as before. I thought the redness was supposed to dissapear, or is this something Im going to have to deal with?

Moisturizer before BP?

I have been on the regimen for about 6 months and am now completely clear with only small red marks remaining. My only problem with it is after I apply moisturizer my face turns slightly red. I've tried cetaphil, olay spf 15 and dans moisturizer and my face always gets a little red. So I was thinking of applying the moisturizer then the BP last since the BP seems to have the opposite effect on my face. I was just wondering if the BP will still work properly as now it has to go on over the moisturizer, and if anyone else does this and their experiences with it.
