New here and lukin for advice

Heya, ive been on accutane for just ova a week now, and just lukin for sum advice.
The stuff is seriously freaking out my skin, i kno they say it gets worse before it gets beta but WEN??
Ive had moderate to severe acne for like the last ten years ( im 28 now), ive tried various skin care routines, medications, anti biotics etc. Accutane is my last resort. What if it doesnt work?
I hate that its taking ova my life.
