sleep with no pillow

ive thought about this for a bit, i always bury my face and smoosh around in my pillow's.

i change them at the end of the week too.

so i decided to sleep with none, done it for about three days now.

to my amazement my breakouts have calmed down.

if they stop completely im gonna shit bricks!
