acne/blemish treatment question

The first time i realize my acne problem can go back when i was about 17 year-old.

so, im taking some initiatives to fight this thing, hopefully i will receive some results. after reading web links, i went to the local drug mart, bought the following stuff:

Olay foaming face wash
Clean&Clear persa-gel 5 5% benzoyel peroxide medication
Cetaphil moisturizing lotion

my questions are: is the above combination suitable for my purpose?
is 5%benzoyel peroxide too concentrated? cuz the one showed on this website is only 2.5%?
