Sorry if this is redundant, but how long should I wait to see improvements using a Vitamin C serum?
Edit: Well, I did some more reading, and I think I have moderate scarring. (My avatar was taken a couple years before I progressed to severe acne.) So, it doesn't sound like the Vitamin C will help that much, but I still get cystic acne during PMS, so maybe it will help prevent some new ones. For reference, Tazorac really hasn't done anything for my scars, and I've been on it over a year.

I hear philosophy kiss me clear tube is good, but on MUA people complain about a smell. Has anyone tried it? I'd be using it as a lip balm. I currently use Vaseline, and my boyfriend won't kiss me with it on, because he hates the smell (I don't smell anything) and texture. If he wouldn't kiss me with kiss me clear tube on, either, that would defeat the purpose of finding a new balm.

Is a buffer brush similar to a kabuki? I want to get a brush similar to my kabuki from MAC, because I love the one brush I have from them, but my kabuki gives better coverage. I'm only looking for light coverage. The brush I use now picks up almost nothing.
Edit: I'm using a duo fibre brush to apply a pressed powder.

Usually, I use a water-resistant sunscreen that goes on greasy, but then I blot it until it's matte after 20 minutes. Now I've started semi-blotting with toilet paper after 20 minutes, applying powder, and then blotting that down to matte after a few minutes. It's working great. My skin gets less greasy, and the powder doesn't transfer because of oil or sweat. Flakes don't show like if I'd completely blotted prior to applying the powder.

I was just studying for my final in primate sexuality, when I happened upon some passages stating that other primates use sebum for scent marking. Hmm . . . Maybe it's a primitive trait in us, and we no longer use it.

Hello! Is that your dog, because he/she is absolutely beautiful! Looks like a Siberian Husky, but I don't want to say it is, because there are so many mixed dogs out there. I myself have two german shepherds :D 14 Feb 2009 - 8:17 Last Visitors
