hey guys , i'm just sharing my opinion rather than using ice to reduce swelling on acne , i recommend using cool refrigerate yoghurt to reduce swelling and to tighten up pores
Yoghurt is a natural cleanser as well . i notice big difference using it .

wth 12 weeks in but today with 3-4 red big cyst

hey there ...i dont know what happen my right face is clear and now there is 3 cyst came up big ones ...what i know is bp has did his job ......or maybe it is because of my exams, sleeping for 5 hours and spending the whole day studying ....(stress) ...argh fuck ..i never had this big cyst before any ideas
