Is there anyone who knows anything about the content of the cure that's being presented at http://www.acnefreein3days.com/ (as well as a dozen of other pages). They wont give a clue on how to do it and want money from it. It sounds like a hoax to me, but please just tell me what there might be that gives that result!

Personally, i feel that anything promising you overnight acne relief is a hoax. If acne was so easy to cure, there would be no reason for the CSR or this website.

They don't even tell you what it is, which is shady.

Being blunt, its a load of crap, and I have no idea how they can take money of people knowing too well its a con.

Eating apples for 3 days does help clear your skin, until you stop eating nothing but apples.

If this is the particular one I'm thinking about, its so strict you can make yourself ill trying to stick to it.

It'll probably help your skin during those three days (fasting in general has a positive effect) but it will all come back once you start eating your regular diet again, I would assume.I could see it being helpful as preparation for a bowel cleanse of something, but little more than that.

i bought the book, haha before i found this site tho. eat nothing but peeled washington (some type of red) apples for 3 days. but at night you must use a enema to cleanse ur inner ass. 3 times per night that is. the idea is that there is an unbalanced amount of the bacteria candida albicans in ur colon that f's up ur bodys filtering system and causes the toxins and stuff to be flushed out ur skin. the fast will cleanse that out, and balance ur system. they say there isnt enough bacteria called acidophilus(sp) to counter the overpopulation of candida causing acne. then they recommend u do this a couple times a year and supplement with garlic and acidophilus to maintain this balance. whew im tired of typing... it worked for a while, like a couple weeks but i couldnt do it again because im trying to bodybuild and yeah fasting sucks for muscles. hope this helps, i just saved u a bunch load

If perhaps I knew what a 'enema' was, & how I'd have to 'cleanse my inner ass' with this enema.

I also bought the book and wrote a review of it to my website. They basically ask you to do a mini-fast by eating nothing but apples for 3 days. It's likely that it will help with your acne on a short term basis, but 3 days apple fast is by no means enough to completely cure you. It's a step into the right direction though.

Lets get the facts people. Nothing i seriously mean nothing at the moment will get rid of acne in this amount of time. Dont think theres anything that would clear acne in a month but all i can say is to stick with the csr

Well everybody is of course free t obelieve what ever they choose, but I wouldn't get desperate and think that you have to spend long time to get rid of pimples. Yes, if you plan to poison them away by applying harsh chemicals on your face it probably will take a loooong time to get rid of them. On the other hand if you decide to attack acne at its root then it can be done very quickly - within a week definitely.

The methods Acne Free in 3 Days are probably not strong enough to clear you up if you have a severe acne. Don't kid yourself that the methods there alone would be the answer for acne, but it's definitelya step into the right direction.

basically it says you eat 10 apples a day for three days.

then use an enema on the first two days i believe.

then on the last day you take 4 oz. grape juice and a tablespoon of olive oil.

i have the book. it's a pdf file, so if u pay them you're not getting anything physical. it's mostly useless. it's decent reference, i guess...

I HAVE DONE THE ACNE FREE IN 3 DAYS, IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I don't know if it will for you, but it was a huge effort and a lot of money down the drain for me. He said it cost him like... less than $10? When did he write it, 1945? It cost me well over $30, probably. I'm pretty sure the guy is a SCAMMER anyways. Thankfully I didn't buy the book, I stole it on limewire.

IF YOU WANT TO TRY IT, more power to you. Who knows, maybe it will work. But just to let you all know, it didn't work for me. I did enjoy going back to NORMAL food afterwards, however.
