CLEAR SKIN REGIMEN GALLERY


The main objective of this pinned thread is to enable all of the Clear Skin Regimen users to have a chance to post their Clear Skin Regimen before and after pictures in order to allow easier viewing by other members. We are hoping that this thread will facilitate locating the before and after photos, as well as alleviate some of the difficulties associated with the screening process in the original gallery.

Guidelines:


1. Post your before and after Clear Skin Regimen photos in ascending order.
2. Write a one sentence description explaining the length of time you were on the regimen and anything directly applicable to the pictures.
3. No discussions are allowed in this thread.

The regimen does work, you just have to stick to it religiously. Btw, food does not affect at all on my face. My boyfriend gave me a box of godiva chocolate for my birthday and I ate a piece of chocolate a day.

I started the regimen in February of 2005. I use Dan's CSR gel in the morning and at night.

My acne was quite mild to begin with but very annoying. Now it's all good.

Status: Clear. Take that, acne!

Current regimen: Acne.org Regimen user again since July 13, 2007:
  1. Cleanse: SpectroJel Extra Gentle Skin Cleanser
  2. Treat: Dan's BP (face and back)
  3. Protect: Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion SPF 15, Sensitive Skin (morning) / Dan's AHA (night)
  4. Fight from the inside: Vitamin C (1000 mg); zinc (50 mg); omega 3,6,7,9; multivitamin
Acne history: Acne battler since 1988. I've had really severe acne when I was a teen where there was not one square inch of clear skin, with tonnes of cysts. That's calmed down considerably, but in my 30s, I still tend toward moderately inflammatory spots near hairline and scattered across T-zone, with several similar spots on back.

Attempted treatments: Let's see, what haven't I tried? I've swallowed antibiotics and vitamins galore and quite a few courses of Accutane. I've modified my diet and tried holistic methods. I've washed with antibacterial washes, scrubs, water, and nothing. I used topical retinoids, antibiotics, AHAs, BHAs, astringents, and toners. Basically, if it's out there, I've tried it. Acne.org Regimen user from May 12, 2006 to November 19, 2006. Cam's evolving regimen user from November 20, 2006 to July 12, 2007.
