My Regimen Morning: Wash with Clean and Clear continuous control acne cleanser (5% BP) tone with aloe vera gel + a shot of MaryKay blemish control toner (2%SA) apply alphahydrox 10% AHA cream Night: Cleanse face with clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser (5% BP) Apply alphahydrox 10% AHA cream Additional: Daily, 25mg of Zinc, occasional exfoliation w/aspirin mask Ozzy Osbourne bites the heads off of bats. Chuck Norris bites the heads off of Siberian Tigers.

p.s. i have found a wonderful dermatologist through Dr. Gellar's acne clinic... there are 3 or 4 locations in the GTA... they all are great! thats if u need a derm for acne! |
