Alright! Here goes nothing! I'm trying out this regimen! I just abruptly stopped my derm stuff this morning! No more duac, differin, and ziana! I was on them for about 3 months and saw a very gradual improvement but not the results I wanted. Also, my face was so irritated from the duac in the morning! I really hope this works! Proactive worked for a while, so I'm hoping this regimen will do better! Wish me luck! I'll post tomorrow in regards to day 2.
Day 1: 2 healing pimples on my left cheek, 3 red spots 1 healing pimple on my right cheek 1 active pimple on my right cheek no pimples on my chin no pimples on my nose no pimples on my forehead mostly my cheeks are the problem area. |

Day 2:
I feel like day 1 was alright. Burned a bit. I didnt use moisturizer last night before bed. I'm going to pick up some jojoba oil today to use with my moisturizer because I hear it helps with red marks and makes skin glow! I just got engaged on Saturday!! Hope for clear skin before the wedding!!! YAY |

Start of Day 4!
Alright, so I think its going fairly well. I'm using 1/2 a pump of BP right now and adding jojoba oil to my moisturizer. I do not moisturize at night to let the BP really work with no other product. I have a few stubborn white heads, I'm nervous to pop them because I dont want further infection or possible spreading. Hopefully in the next couple days the BP will actually get those to flake off. I do has some flakes, but nothing too uncontrollable. |

Day 5! Happy Turkey Day! Things are progressing nicely. I have had 2 white heads (like comedones ones) that have been there since I started. They aren't budging... should I pop them?
Also, I think adding the jojoba oil is very nice! I think its helping too! I'm only on week one and I'm loving it so far. I'm planning for a breakout this week possibly. |

Here we go! Start of Day 6!
I think it's going alright... the acne that was forming before I started the regimen are starting to surface. I had a painful blemish this morning when I woke up. I popped it because I would rather have a small reddish mark then pain all day long. I did it properly as instructed on this site. As for the smaller ones I popped last night, they should be gone in 2 days or so. My goal is to be clear by May 16th! (Wedding Day!) Does anyone see any improvement? It's hard to tell on my own! |

Start of week 2! Day 8!
I feel really good about this regimen, it's definitely clearing me up way better than those derm topicals I was using. I don't itch as much and the redness subsides sort of during the day. The jojoba oil is a MUST! It makes my skin look and feel so much better throughout the day. I still do not moisturize at nighttime. I wake up with many flakes, but I think it will hopefully go away soon enough. pictures of Day 8! |

Glad to see you're finally giving the regimen a try. Not everyone has a breakout after the 2 week mark but IF you do come across one, don't freak out. They don't last very long when using the regimen. Keep at it!

Day 10!
I'm still keeping my BP at about 1/2 pump... any more than that I get really red. Hopefully by next week I can move up to a full pump. I had 2 whiteheads this morning. One on my chin right below my lip and an extremely small one on my left cheek. I took care of those... I can't leave whiteheads because they take over 2 weeks to come close to actually going away. When I pop, they go away with the BP in 2-3 days. I'm still using jojoba oil with my moisturizer only in the morning. At night, I am still letting my face flake like crazy. Hopefully, that will stop once I'm completely used to the BP. I'm digging this regimen! |
