Sometimes I get bumps like that when I'm allergic to something. Maybe cut one thing out of your regimen at a time to see if anything helps? I'd start with the St. Ives (possibly irritating) or sulfur (possibly irritating and more likely to be an allergen).

I think that's moderate acne. I used to have that and went on accutane. 3 months now and skin is gorgeous.

That is very mild acne, to me. I agree with Addie, maybe you're allergic to something. Have you eaten any new foods, or used any new toiletries, such as shampoo, shaving cream, or a moisturizer? It could also be from something as little as forgetting to change your pillowcase for more than 2 or 3 weeks, and the buildup of bacteria and oil from your face and hair. Finding these little problems and making changes will most likely help the problem.

i havent changed anything much, been using the same regimen as stated in first post for quite a while..maybe my diet is kind of poor but i do try to eat fruits everyday. i do not want to go back on accutane as i said i have had 3 courses already. so as far as changing pillowcases more often, any recommended products to fight bacteria overnight as i do believe this may be part of the problem?

QUOTE can't believe you posted this under severe acne. you are making me jealous (of another guy's skin?!) as gay as that sounds... biggrin.gif No kidding. A few bumps that go away on there own?! ...and it's in the serious section with people posting to go on accutane. I just have to laugh. Forgive me. lol Maybe it's a few ingrown hairs...did you shave there recently? I'm not sure what type of acne it is or any recommendations other than maybe some BP or an astrigent. Good luck.

sorry didnt mean to offend anyone but the pics are really crappy. so there are alot more of these red bumps especially near my jawline and around my mouth. i didnt mean to say they go away on their own either, as i do use tazorac on it. i have been using biore astringent and BP occasionally when im not using the tazorac. im gonna pick up some apple cider vinegar today and give that a shot.. any other suggestions?

um i'm not offended, just a little confused... maybe check out some REAL severe acne photos and then get back to us. I would pay money to have only 3 zits on my skin. I don't think your trying to "hurt" anyone but it does make me a little annoyed to see someone post 3 zits under SEVERE acne. lol. Mine must be too horrible to rate maybe XXXsevere.
