an amount of ppl who have had various long term side effects from at least around 10years ago

i have had it with these gross red marks

Well,i found my real nightmare is coming just after my terrible IB which is just pass away,just now!
U cant imagine how many red marks left on my cheeks,jowline,forehead,what i wanna say is there is just a little red mark on my face before accutane.i cant leave my room,it has been about 1month,i am about to lost my job.what should i do?
my face looks like a big strawberry now!

Horrible IB

This is my 2nd time to take accutane,1st time on tane was not a whole course,it just lasted two months or so, my skin looked amazing by then,thus i stopped!It was 4years ago.There was no dreaded IB whilst taking it at that time.My skin was progressing so good everyday!Although it was not a whole course,i had just cumulated about 1000mg then.(20-30mg/day),accutane worked so good for me at that time.Unfortunately,my acne came back one years ago,its moderate on my cheers basically as yet.
I was hesitating to take these amazing tablets,finally decided to take it again.
The thing is its totally different from the first time when i took accutane,i got a horrible IB from The 6th day,
I am scared currently,so many whiteheads got together on my forehead(this area used to smooth with no acne),looks like a whiteheads party,so disgusting,when i look at them,i want to cry,damn it.
Today is my 18th day on tane this time,i cant leave my room,it sucks.
I am puzzleed about why i got a awful IB this time,however there was not a little bit IB on my 1st time,this is the same body....
