ass follicitus. tried everything :s

Hello i have cystic acne on my ass for around 5 years or longer. It doesnt hurt. But it stopped me for example from sports. I quit when i got it, because its embarrassing.

So last year i went to a doctor. He gave me a topical. Didnt work. I made appointment with dermatologist. he put me on a antibiotic for half year. Didnt work. Now he puts me on accutane... but I _KNOW_ it doesnt work, because i've had it before to clear up face acne. I told him, but was persistent. I have no hope in this though.

So what i was thinking, Laser hair removal, will that completely get rid of follicitus?
