Nasal Dryness/Bleeding

So I have the dry skin, the chapped lips... but the real problem I have is with my nose. Basically, I chronically have very dry nostrils, which leads to bleeding, and then because it's so dry the blood crusts up... yeah, sorry to be so graphic, but it's not particularly comfortable. I've used saline solution to get it wet, but that works for about 15 minutes and then it's just as bad again.

Is there some kind of nasal moisturizer anyone would suggest? A friend who had nose surgery recommended Polysporin, but I'm leery of using it - seems like not quite the right application. Might have to do it nonetheless, but would love to hear some alternatives.
