| Pros: | it cleared my acne on all over my face, faded my scars, got rid of my cystic acne. |
| Cons: | took a whole, about 6 weeks for it to start really working. i got really red for like 2 weeks and my skin would peel a bunch. but my skin got used to it and now im fine. |
| Bottom Line: | this stuff is amazing. i had almost every type of acne: blackheads, whiteheads, cysts, puss filled, nodules, everything. and my skin was terrible. i even had scars all over my face that made it look like i still had acne even when i didnt. after 4 months of using this, my skin was COMPLETELY flawless. i had minimal side effects, red skin was my worst side effect. i really like how tazorac draws all the acne i had UNDER my skin out and now i dont have any deep pimples or anything like that. just stick with it because it is extremely worth it. |

| Pros: | It worked for me. 46 years old with hormone induced acne. Antibiotic wasn't very helpful. This totally worked. I'm 100% clear. |
| Cons: | Can be drying. I had to learn my tolerance level. I overdid it at first and had the whole peeling/burning experience. Now I apply a thin layer of moisturizer, then the Taz. Also, I did experience the "gets worse before it get better" phenomenon. |
| Bottom Line: | This is the fist skin care product (Rx or OTC) that I've used that REALLY lives up to it's claim. You do really have to follow the mfg. directions. Moisturize first, then a very tiny amount. I haven't managed to make a "pea sized" drop cover my whole face. But, I do try to use as little as possible. And, you'll want to quit when it gets "worse before it gets better", but I'm sure glad I hung in there. |

| Pros: | if you are patient, you will see improvement. DO USE A THIN LAYER OF MOISTURIZER FIRST! Then a thin layer of Taz! This will prevent redness, burning, drying, and peeling! DermaE is a great natural cream to try. |

| Bottom Line: | is effective, but ladies, those monthly hormones still manage to cause breakouts--Taz or no Taz. Those with severe acne--it can be managed, but results may not be as good--I highly recommend looking at your diet, products you use, and going to see a holistic doctor--derms just want to push antibiotics which may or may not work, and even if they do in the short term--you can't stay on them forever and they'll make you very sick and weaken your immune system. |

| Bottom Line: | I started using this product 2 weeks ago, and in the first week, i dabbed a little bit of the cream on my face, the pimples reduced a little in size but there was a little redness. Then one night, I got generous with it, and applied a lot all over my face. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I broke out 10 times worse, had horrible burning and flaky skin the next morning. I was stupid by applying extra. (lol) and it was dry and peeling for about 5 days. My doctor said i was stupid for doing that, but told me to continue on the cream.. so i've started using it again (VERY little amounts)..so far i've seen no change...but im hoping it will help....fingers crossed..(i've also been told to start Minocycline antibiotics and yasmin) |

| Pros: | It WORKS! I've been using Tazorac for two years, and I look and feel cured. I get complimented on my skin all the time. My friends don't even understand why I still use it because my skin is so clear. It helps fade hyperpigmentation too! |
| Cons: | Definitely causes flaking/peeling. I began gently exfoliating every morning before putting on make up and applying a moisturizer every night. Exfoliation is key to diminish the look of peeling. Might not be appropriate for severe acne pustules. |
| Bottom Line: | Try it. Stick with it because it works. For mild/moderate acne it is amazing. Smoothes away whiteheads and causes blackheads to disappear. |

| Bottom Line: | So my derm prescribed tazorac to me becase my skin was so oily. I don't know if I have damaged my skin so much but when I put tazorac on it just makes it more oily. I am not even peeling or burning - just oily and breaking out more in whiteheads. I told my derm and she looked really confused as it is supposed to dry your skin out. I am using the 0.1% gel (the strongest) so I'm not sure what's going on! Did anyone experience oiliness and then clearing up? I don't know how it can clear my skin up if it's making it more oily. |

| Pros: | THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!! It makes your skin feel and looks smooth, helps with scars after using it for a while |
| Cons: | YOU WILL BREAK OUT BADLY in the first month/two months ( it makes your skin worse before it gets better), thins skin out, kind of expensive (but WORTH IT!!) |
| Bottom Line: | I started using this about a year ago, and at first my skin got TERRIBLE, but it said that this would happen so I kept using it. After about three months my skin was beautiful! I could actually go out without makeup which was a first for me, and my doctor said if I continued using it, it would eventually fade scars. The only thing I didn't like was it thinned my skin out, so if I was embarrassed my face would turn bright red, but this was worth acne free skin. Then, I felt like I didn't need to use it anymore; bad idea because a year later I am breaking out again. I recently started using it again though.
BOTTOM LINE: Your acne will get worse first but KEEP USING IT!! And don't stop once your skin is clear, just keep using it and you will love your skin! |

| Cons: | I have extreme burning all day long. Tons of peeling and tightness in my skin. I cracked all around my lips and the sides of my nouthone day when I yawned. |
| Bottom Line: | I have only been on it for a week but, wow, it's tough. I haven't been wearing make -up because during the day I am putting on lotion about every hour or so. I have tried everything-including Acutane so I will stick it out for a couple months. Stock up on the chap stick and lotion if you are going to try this one! |
