| Pros: | Have not had any nausea |
| Cons: | Mysterious acne appearance. Could be stress from something else though. |
| Bottom Line: | I have been on this for just over a month. I had ridiculous spotting the first month. 2 weeks of period sucks. I seem to have some pimple issues. Is it my body regulating? The great thing is that I have not had any nausea. It has been a long search for a pill that didn't cause me to have projectile puking which is very uncool when driving your child to school. |

| Pros: | i used it for my acne but i noticed it helped with my periods being on time |
| Cons: | it helped the acne very little but of coarse i got little bumps on my checks and forhead area for about 2 years now. Something serouis so it does take time. |
| Bottom Line: | Does what its suppose to do!:) |

| Pros: | Completely cleared by back acne within a few weeks. Only a rare pimple occured on my face. I had tried Differin, Retin-A, Tetracyclin, nothing worked. Lighter, shorter, timeable periods. Less cramping. Prevents pregnancy. |
| Cons: | NONE. Some people may experience nausea during the first few months. This is normal and expected. Women who use the pill should not smoke. Smoking, especially 10 or more cigarettes a day, significantly increases the risk for blood clots & stroke. |
| Bottom Line: | If you have to resort to Accutane, you may as well try just using the pill first. Accutane users MUST use a form of birth control. |

| Pros: | Protection from being preggers, light periods |
| Cons: | Acne!!!!! Still sligh cramping |
| Bottom Line: | I was on Ortho-Tri Lo for about four years, then I went off of it because I was always forgetting to take it. I started to break out a little more than I was before I got off the pill, but nothing terrible. When I decided to get back on the pill after 8 months of no Ortho-Tri Lo I broke out terribly!! Really bad!! Im too worried to get on another BC becasue my derm and gyno say this could take awhile to settle down. Uggg...we women need birthcontrol but sometimes these side effects that come with getting off and on it suck! |

| Pros: | Loss of weight, less appetite, not as moody, light periods(3 days), bigger breasts, :-D My anemia levels are now not as high, and the best part: MY ACNE IS GONE! |
| Cons: | A little anxiety, some mood swings on the last 7 pills, can have PMS symptoms with the exceptions of cramps at that time. Achy breasts at the very beginning of taking this pill. |
| Bottom Line: | I would reccommend this pill to any woman. Its very effective in what its supposed to do. Of course with every pill you will have some sympotoms, nothing is perfect. I was on Lo-Ovral before and had massive menstrual headaches and was ALWAYS dizzy and nauseated. With Ortho Lo, I feel much much better compared to Lo Ovral. |

| Pros: | Stress-free. No cramps. Lost weight. |
| Cons: | Broke out where I never did before. |
| Bottom Line: | I'm not having any major side-effects, except for breaking out? I'm breaking out around my jawline, and I got like 2 huge cysts on my cheeks...Well, hopefully that goes away, but overall I think its a good pill. I think I'm only breaking out because my body is adjusting to the hormones. |

| Pros: | Great at preventing pregnancy, skin is clearer, reduced severity of cramps. |
| Cons: | HORRIBLE mood swings, major depression, crying, breakthrough bleeding, bloating, some weight gain, headaches, nausea, fatigue |
| Bottom Line: | I quit taking it for a month and felt great- I thought I was losing my mind emotionally while I was taking this pill- so I will be seeking out alternative birth control options, I cant deal with the depression this medication causes. Note* I was taking the generic version "Tri-Sprintec", I was not taking the brand name or the "Lo" version of this birth control medication. This may be the right med for some women, but not for me. |

| Pros: | My acne was never really bad, but the little I did have cleared up quickly. |
| Cons: | Extreme nausea, fatigue, bloating...and i'm BITCHY. I've noticed alot of women on here claim to have been nice and always happy. I use to be too. This BC makes you believe your a little nuts. Ladies, I hope your boyfriends are understanding. :) |
| Bottom Line: | I've been pregnant before and I had severe morning sickness and fatigue. This BC is VERY similar, I literally had to lay down and close my eyes because I was going to puke!! I hope it doesn't get worse. I'm a little nervous on how long i'm going to have to put up with these aweful side effects. The things we women do..I think its about time the MEN get on Birth Control. ;) |

| Pros: | Not pregnant, bigger firm boobs, little weight gain, definently helped clear mild acne. |
| Cons: | Upset stomach\nauseated at times, irritability, mood swings. |
| Bottom Line: | The pros says it all...no more acne for me. A little more moody is that so bad considering. |
