| Pros: | I have used it for a month and I have seen an improvement in the amount of new pimples but the improvement has only been about 15% so far and im guessing its full effects have not come in yet. |
| Cons: | the first few days I had an upset stomach and diarrhea. |
| Bottom Line: | not to much improvement in a month but since its only been a month i cant say if its really good or not. Oh yeah my body acne has gone down by about 25% but I also started a neutragena body scrub the same time i started this. My parents dont have a prescription plan or whatever its called so its pretty expensive if you dont have that |

| Pros: | worked at first.. |
| Cons: | been on it for two months and my chest is now coverd in pimple.... i'm so dissapointed because in the first 4 weeks my skin became perfect and my confidence soared. now i am jst miserable again looking for another way to help my acne. |
| Bottom Line: | it's a quick fix, not a long term treatment. Oh and i had thrush in the first two weeks. |

| Pros: | cleared up acne within 2 months, skin was completely clear. |
| Cons: | stopped working after 6 months acne is starting to return did not have any sickness or tummy upset |
| Bottom Line: | It took 3 weeks to kick in my skin was completely clear with not 1 spot for about 5 months. Then docs took the amount down and it started to come back so i put it back up but i think im immune to it now, as acne is returning. Was not expensive either. Going back to docs this week to find an alternative. |

| Pros: | have used it for 5 days and so far soo good. It has dried my acne and seems to clear my black sports ( which are quite deep). I use it together with doxycline tablets which is an antibacteria. |
| Cons: | Leaves the face very dry especially in the morning which is quite embarrassing while working at my front desk job. Quite expensive without no insurance. Slightly affected my neck: rush like appearance and itching. |
| Bottom Line: | My doctor told me to skip a day or two which I just did a day ago. It works perfectly fine now. Make sure you don't touch the eye area with it coz it makes the eyes swell. I'm taking before and after pictures and so far sooooo good. Can anybody recommend a good facial moisturizer for normal to oily skin type? |

| Pros: | Cleared up back and chest acne amazingly and quickly (it only took about 1 month), I had previously tried using Neutrogena Acne Body Wash but it didn't do squat. So I was really thankful when my doctor prescribed topical Erythromycin for my body. |
| Cons: | Doesn't seem to be working as well for my face; it's still red and bumpy. I still break out. Don't seem to get any more whiteheads but doesn't work on blackheads. |
| Bottom Line: | Try it if you have facial or body acne, its worth a try. Use the topical kind, it hasn't given me any bad side effects at all. I don't know why it worked on my back but not my face. |

| Pros: | Works well on the cheek area, reducing redness. |
| Cons: | Progress is slow. Does not appear to help forehead or neck. |
| Bottom Line: | To be effective it needs to be used to DIFFERIN gel. In my experience, this causes the skin to become flakey at first, before increasing the regeneration of new skin cells. This leaves the skin feeling much smoother and tackles the blackheads which erythromycin fails to do anything about.
Im finding DIFFERIN much more effective than Benzol Peroxide.
ooo one final small point. I stopped using soap completely and just applied HOT and COLD water to the face. This really does appear to help and reduces redness :)
hope this helps |

| Pros: | Reduces redness, clears spots |
| Cons: | Dry skin in morning, greasy towards the end of the day :( Oh and it takes forever to dry - which is anoying in the morning before school. |
| Bottom Line: | When i first started using Steimycin topical solution, it really worked and my skin was practically clear in a week and was really happy with the outcome. Then my doctor prescribed me tablets (Oxyteterine?) And this mademe break out in EVEN MORE than i had in the first place. So i went back to the steimycin and it is a very slow process but you do see a gradual impovement over the weeks, i would recommend this product. Im 15 years old by the way. |
