My husband and were moving junk out of the basement and his face brushed against the uncut portion of a roll of chickenwire, scratching his face from his nose to his jawline by his ear. It wasn't a very deep scratch, but significant enough to bleed onto his shirt. I immediately called our doctor and got a tube of Maderma. It was unbelievable how quickly the scratch mark disappeared. Although it happened 4 days ago, you need to look really closely at his face to see the scratch mark.

This is great stuff. My husband put it on 4 times a day and it really works.

I've neer tried it on old scars.

I do not have anymore acne on my face, chest, or any other part of my body. The only thing that I am left with is some scars on my chest that are not icepick scars, (i have seen pictures), yet are a lot darker than my skin color. My mum has told me that I should be out in the sun tanning so that it blends in with the rest of my skin, but I am seeing no improvements. Please help me by telling me the best reatment for this type of acne scar. I am getting worried with the summer coming up. :(

A top derm specialist at UCSF, who been my doctor for awhile said it didn't work, apparently it has garlic and other useless stuff in it.

This is the first scar treatment that isn't oily and causing me to break out more. It works really well on new scars and the drying effect causes it to scab and heal quicker. Older scars tend to take longer to diminish but it gives them a softer look in the process.

I have been using Mederna fir 2 weeks and have seen an improvment and also people from work have mentioned i look like i have lost weight or somthing- its the new babyface me- (i wish) but it does seem to work for me! I use it 4x a day- and even keep one in my car- i am very devoted to see if this works and I use it religiously- I think maybe the people that diss it, dont use it enough or do not rub it in well- keep trying it- it works for me! I feel it tingle my face even..

I think its working well so far. Minimizes the apperance of the scar.
