| Pros | The product is really easy to apply and a little goes a long way. It does not have a fragrance and is cost effective considering other options. |
|---|---|
| Cons | It may sting a bit at first, but it's tolerable. Sticky on skin until it is completely dried, about 15 minutes. |
| Bottom line | The product works! I had some hyperpigmentation after a spot CO2 treatment and it was taking forever to go away (I've got asian skin to makes matters worse since asian skin is so prone to hyperpigmentation). I was currently using Obagi and it still was taking a long time to fade. So I decided to try MaMa Lotion. And in just a couple of days, the hyperpigmentation started noticably fading. It's been 2 weeks and I can go out without any makeup because the pigmentation is so faint now. I couldn't be happier. I just recently started applying MaMa Lotion to the rest of my face and I'm seeing an improvement in the texture and quality of my skin. Try it! |

| Pros | After 40 years of spending thousands of dollars on a quest for perfect skin. This product is the thing I have EVER used!! Barnone!! I will recommend MaMa Lotion to anyone out there, I challenge you to use this and see the difference! IT WORKS!!!!!!!! |
|---|---|
| Cons | I recommend that you use this every day for the first 2 weeks. Then every other day there after alternating with Retin-A. Also follow up with Lac-Hydrin Lotion...It helps with the dryness of the skin. You MUST moisturize always! |
| Bottom line | I recommend this product highly to everyone. I have never endorsed any products before, but I am moved to tears when I see my skin, after all these years, I can finally go out side without a ton of makeup!!!! |

| Pros | Prevents breakouts, blackheads, and clogged pores. Evens skin tone, diminishes scarring, controls oil. |
|---|---|
| Cons | A little pricey but worth it. |
| Bottom line | This product has been my magic bullet, and I'd tried the whole range of products before it -- from OTC to Accutane. I waited 2 months from when I started using it before writing a review to make sure it was true :) Over the last two months, I've had one minor pimple, hyperpigmentation fro past breakouts has improved significantly, and my skin generally looks brighter, healthier, and more even. Some people seem to have bad reactions to it, but I have sensitive skin (I can't tolerate Differin or Retin A, for example) but am able to use Mama lotion twice a day without problems. Love this stuff! |

| Pros | Smoothes out my skin! Helps get rid of acne scars! |
|---|---|
| Cons | Stings a little bit (but not enough to stop using it)and the stinging is understandable, it IS and acid. |
| Bottom line | This has done WONDERS for my skin!!! I tested it out the first week or so to see how my skin reacted to it and to see how frequently I could use it. I am able to use it every day, and I moisturize about 30 minutes after applying the MaMa lotion (to avoid a residue/buildup when the unabsorbed MaMa lotion and moisturizer combine). The MaMa lotion brings a lot of "gunk" to the surface of the face, so make sure to be patient and not pick at anything. Believe me, you will be SO HAPPY with the results! A few days later, all of the gunk had sloughed off and I saw bright, new, acne-free skin!! MaMa lotion is fantastic!!! I am extremely pleased with this product, and am so glad that I discovered it :) |

| Pros | 1. works better than retinoids at keeping acne at bay, 2. keeps skin exfoliated, clear, bright and glowing! 3. helps with hyperpigmentation, even when it is deep in the dermal layer. 4. is a useful antiaging product, should stimulate collagen |
|---|---|
| Cons | I really have found NO cons :) |
| Bottom line | This works great at smoothing your skin and clearing it. No other product, including prescription retinoids worked as well for me at clearing my skin up! I now hardly EVER get a pimple, where before I was always battling cystic acne as an adult. The mandelic acid has antimicrobial properties, whereas the malic acid has moisturizing properties, so if used correctly, and not overused, is not too drying. Also works great for sundamage/hyperpigmentation and scars! You can get it online at skinstore, dermstore and [link removed]. All great places to buy from. If you choose skincarerx, use coupon code MUA20 to get a 20% discount! (from 44.50 to 35.60!) One bottle lasts a long time. My 15 year old, who doesn't have acne used it for the first time the other night, and said that she could tell a difference in her skin after just one use--it was a lot smoother! My 19-year-old just started breaking out and is now using it. I think I am going to have to buy another bottle :) |

| Pros | Improved the texture and clarity of my wretched skin. No more cystic acne. |
|---|---|
| Cons | I did experience an "initial breakout"... but I was breaking out anyway. |
| Bottom line | My skin looked awful. I had about cysts, papules and pustules all over, and I'm 35. I tried this stuff and, eventually, it worked beautifully. It did pull everything that was lying in wait under my skin out onto the surface... which sucked, but after about 5 months, my skin is smooth and clear. The leftover scar are fading at a fair clip, as well. YAY! |

| Pros | seemed like it started working immediately. made skin smooth, soft and decreased inflammation of current acne. |
|---|---|
| Cons | none |
| Bottom line | i actually got this as a sample for free because i actually ordered green cream, which is a retinol, and the mama lotion came with it. i decided to alternate the two between nights and it seems to be working a lot. the mama lotion really calms things down and i can already see improvement. i don't have a lot of cystic acne, just mostly clogged pores and some scarring, but this seems to be working better than anything i've tried over the years. i'm quite a skeptic about acne products and this is definitely worth a try, especially if you're looking for something to fix the skin from past acne problems. i will buy a bigger bottle of it when the sample is done, which i hear is a bit costly but worth it. |

| Pros | Fades away acne scars, smells good too. |
|---|---|
| Cons | A lil pricey, but its worth it. The stingy after the application, but its worth it also. Dry skin...all you need is to put on some moisturizer after. |
| Bottom line | I love it. I have black scarring from acne. First product that actually worked on my acne scars. Try it! |
