I love this as it is the easiest of the at home microdermabrasion kits. No special applicators or anything. I just keep the tube in the shower and use it 2 mornings a week. Massage it gently for just a minute, then rinse. Super easy and leaves skin soft and smooth. The lotion that comes with it is FABULOUS - they should sell that just on its own as a daily SPF facial lotion.

When i first started using this my skin was clear- and i found it to be a good thorough exfoliator. Making my skin soft and smooth, and it seemed to ligthly fade scars. I stopped using it for a while just because I got to lazy, but started using it again when i had a sever bout of acne flare up... BAD IDEA!! I thought it was a good way to make sure that my skin was clean, but it really just made my pimples raw and sore, and my face red. So basically dont use if you have pimples- it will only aggrevate them. Finally after 3 months by skin has cleared up, but im too scared to use it again..eventually though i will to test how effectiv it is on scars. The moisurizer is awesome!!
