|---|---|
| Cons | burns like hell |
| Bottom line | well, i dont really get immediate results, and thats sorta anoyin' cuz im not exactly patient. =P. But the next morning my scars are noticably lighter. i use a honey mask in the morning 4 half an hour, and before bed, i apply lemon juice for 15 minutes, wash off wid cetaphil cleanser. and apply cetaphil moisturizer. IT REALLY HELPS! =P |

| Pros | On Friday I looked in the mirror and saw a red, oily, inflamed face--so I came here to find help fast. This particular remedy stuck out because of its great reviews. Applied fresh lemon juice to my face that night- in morning face looked MUCH better. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Can sting I guess...but it isn't bad at all. More itchy the first time actually. |
| Bottom line | If you're doubting this remedy and least try it for two nights. If it doesn't help at all, then stop doing it. But I'm positive it will do nothing to worsen your particular situation. Give it a shot--it's worth it. |

| Pros | lemon juice is a miracle cure. it works fast, and it keeps working. it cleared up my persistent, severe cystic acne within a week and i have stayed clear on it for a year now. NOTHING else has worked this well or this consistently. |
|---|---|
| Cons | it stings quite a bit, especially the first few days. oh well. you'll get over it when you find you have the clearest skin you've had since pre-puberty! |
| Bottom line | buy some fresh lemons. cut one in half, squeeze the juice from one half onto a cotton ball and throw the rest away, or eat it, whatever. put the other half in a ziplock bag in the fridge for tomorrow. rub the juice all over your face before bed and leave it there, even though it will burn!! the next morning, wash with johnson's head to toe baby wash. repeat every day. that's it. only those 2, simple, cheap products, and i'm clearer than any acne product, otc or prescription, ever made me. do not try to add in any other acne products. they will just make you dry and flaky and not improve anything. the lemon juice is all you need! you can start out just doing it every other day or every third day, but once your skin is used to it, be sure to be consistent and do it every day! if your skin gets irritated or dry at first, try some aveeno baby lotion, aloe vera gel, or a little bit of cortisone cream on top of the lemon juice. |

| Pros | It is cheap and easy to find. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Has a slight sting when first applied but goes away in a few minutes. |
| Bottom line | When I first started using Lemon juice, my back acne immediately cleared up within a day. The red marks on my back are still noticeable but they are also diminishing as the days go by. My face though is another scenario. My forehead must have the same qualities as the skin on my back because it too cleared up just as fast. My chin though not so much. It has always been my problem area. I don't have bad acne but I usually get one big bump on my chin that can last up to a few weeks before it goes away. I am hoping that the lemon juice will help get rid of them. I have only been doing this for roughly a week. I read it could take up to 3 weeks for full results, so I am willing to wait for results like my back and forehead. |

| Pros | it works!! |
|---|---|
| Cons | it stings a little after its been on the skin for a while. but hey you have to suffer to be beautifull :) |
| Bottom line | ive tried baking soda, alcohol, saicilic acid and tee tree oil and none of them work better than the lemon juice. you have to go buy a lemon its insane I only have scars now, no more pimples (except for one) and before that I had like moderate acne. |

| Pros | putting lemon juice in your hair, i would only do highlights but its your decision. it gives you a natrual blond color but right after you put it in your hair make sure you go in some sun light and wait there for a couple minutes. remember you will b |
|---|---|
| Bottom line | just make sure you want it |

| Pros | It works pretty well |
|---|---|
| Cons | It stings like hell at first, no joke. Just think happy thoughts during the first few minutes and it'll die down at some point. |
| Bottom line | I like to mix my lemon juice with some honey and cinamon (smells amazing!) and put it on. I just get a cup, squeeze the juice of a lemon out, remove the pits with a spoon, mix in some honey and cinamon, and stir it until it's evenly mixed (no clumps or anything). My skin's a bit sensitive, so I add some water to it too. Then I just get a cotton ball and rub it on. It makes your face red, but the redness goes away after a bit. It fades your scars and shrinks the acne, but it dries up your face ALOT. I really don't recommend this for people with sensitive skin, or if you do have sensitive skin, water down the lemon juice a lot. The lemon juice BURNS like a bitch at first, but don't give in to the temptation of sprinting to the sink and washing it off. Sit tight and it'll go away after a bit. |
