Pros Skin feels smooth, natural, doesn't irritate skin and helps soothe and calm.
Cons Doesn't clear up my acne, very sticky and drips, can't do much while it is on.
Bottom line Try adding ground cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice to honey to create a invigorating face mask. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, the ground spices help the mask actually stay on and not drip. Wash off very gently - DO NOT SCRUB, the cinnamon will burn a little. Final rinse with cold water and pat your face dry, again DO NOT RUB. Skin will fee fresh and smooth with a nice glow. I do this once a week along with a once a week aspirin mask, drink lots of water and tea, eat well and my skin is finally looking better.

Pros affordable; easy to use; smells fine; visibly clear; non-drying
Cons it might drip so watch out; works pretty well but
nothing incredible just like most other treatments
Bottom line I have been using honey as a spot treatment. I bought the store bought kind from pathmark, pure 100% honey and so far it has worked really well. At first I put it on pimples and it was okay but then I heard about the bandaid idea so I bought some circular bandaids and put that over my pimple with the honey underneath and wow pimples healed a lot faster. I had a pimple coming in an area where its hard for mine to heal and the next morning it was about gone from using this and I had this one pimple that would not open up or anything and I did this and the next monring it finally had that yellowish top we all look for and I was able to extract the plug later on the next day so give it a shot and see if it helps

Pros Wonderfully soothing to my skin, especially when I have a break out. It seems to help with the redness of blemishes and just basically soothes my dry, broken out skin, leaving it feeling fabulous afterwards.
Cons I'm not sure it speeds up healing or prevents breakouts.
Bottom line Great as a mask, totally worth using especially if you break out a lot and your skin is sensitive. This is very very soothing.

I tried honey as a cleanser, toothpaste and shampoo for 2 months, but eventually it made the acne on my back worse. I think this is because it is sticky and difficult to remove from the skin, as well as interfering with the ph and sugar content on the surface of the skin. It also inflamed my gums when I used it as toothpaste (it is really sugar)! However I have found it excellent for open wounds (not acne) to prevent scarring.

I found out honey is the best to clear your acne and give you clear complexion. I use manuka honey which is raw honey.

The egg mask is better than honey which didn't help mi so much, but it didn't get worse your skin problems. Always worth try.

I'm not sure how much it affected my troublesome acne(probably a little, but I also used other products that day), but it definitely gave me exceedingly smooth skin. It calmed my complexion as well...which is ALWAYS a good thing. I've been using a moisturizer with some honey in it for months. It's very nice. (Burt's Bees Beeswax Day Creme)
