| Pros | I have used it for about a week. I love it. makes the skin smooth, Helps heal acne, Makes the scars go away and adds just the right amount of moisture. I have oily skin and works great. My dad who was a highly educated person always swore by honey |
|---|---|
| Cons | Nothing bad to say about honey |
| Bottom line | I love it. It has helped my skin, I have oily acne prone skin. I use it once a day. I wash my face, dry it. Apply honey straight from the bottleon my face. I leave it on for about 10-15 mins and wask off with warm water. I keep my honey in the fridge, it is pure 100% honey from the grocery store. I have also tried mixing it w/a little lemon/lime juice and apply on face. Leave for 10-15 mins. wask w/ warm water. It is not messy, it comes off very well. |

| Pros | Exfoliates, Doesn't dry out, skin is radiant and soft. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Sticky and uncomfortable. |
| Bottom line | I use a homemade mask with honey, sugar, and whole milk. I slather it on my face and leave it there for 5 minutes. Then, as I wash it off,I use the sugar grains from the mask as an exfoliant and gently exfoliate my skin. After it's washed off completely, I apply toner and a moisturizer and SPF. My skin felt radiant, soft, and my blemishes disappeared within a week. No wonder Cleopatra used it! |

| Pros | Uses affordable househeld items, smells good, and doesn't drip. |
|---|---|
| Cons | It's a little messy if you aren't careful and may not work on some skin types. |
| Bottom line | If you mix some ground cinnamon, toothpaste, mayo and fresh lime or lemon juice in small portions with 100% honey, you'll get pretty good results. Apply about half a spoons worth in an even coating over the skin and wash off gently after about 20 minutes. It minimizes the appearance of pimples and scars and makes the skin even and glowing. Use once a day or every other day, depending on skin type. |

| Pros | kills bacterias that causes acne. kills bacterias in skin so wounds heals faster if there are any wounds. honey is acidic, so it sucks up oil from underneath and dries up acne faster without irritations. tightens skin and won't dry out skin. |
|---|---|
| Cons | drippy but who cares? |
| Bottom line | cleopetra used to bathe in honey in her times. drinking honey with water also hydrates your body to prevent dehydration, which will prevent acne due to imbalance of oil and h20 in your skin. nurses used to use honey to heal soilders' wounds. oh, how sweet & romantic. |
