| Pros | Smells and tastes GREAT! My skin had this glow and felt really smooth after washing it off. It's antibiotic (that's why it never spoils), and it's moisturizing! It can't really harm you from what I've heard. |

| Cons | If you don't mind it being sticky and drippy, then there are none! Just make sure that this doesn't get in your hair, but it doesn't matter if you're going to shower it off anyway. |
| Bottom line | Some people wear it overnight, but I usually use it right before I shower. Just squeeze some honey out, and spread it all over your face! After about 15-20 minutes, I wash it off in the shower. After looking at my face I noticed that it had this glow to it, and felt so smooth. You should definitely give it a try! :D Another suggestion: I heard from somewhere that honey and banana together makes a great mask, so if you want go ahead and try that :) |

| Cons | Raw honey can be expensive. If possible try to find a local bee keeper instead of shopping at expensive health food stores. |
| Bottom line | Raw honey is the best, because processed honey loses phytonutrients. Never heat honey!!!!!!!! I use it off and on when needed and see results everytime. |

| Bottom line | I use just a few drops of honey and a touch of cinnamon, and dab the mixture onto my acne as a spot treatment before bed (I wear a head-band to bed to keep my hair from sticking to my face). Each time I use it, I'll wake up the next morning to find that my acne is much, much improved! Gets rid of redness as well. This stuff is great. Try it -- it can't hurt you. If you're skeptical like I was, just try it on a night when you don't have anything planned the next day. Couldn't be happier with honey! Next I think I'll start trying this as a face-mask. |
