| Pros | -leaves skin glowing and smooth -shows improvement after a few uses -cheaper alternative -natural |
|---|---|
| Cons | -sticky and messy -a tingly feeling -tends to drip a bit |
| Bottom line | This is not a over the night miracle, but allowing some time it may actually work. I have only used started using the honey mask recently and have so far seen some improvement in my skin. Honey is a natural antibacterial acne fighting element, so I recommend all those who suffer acne to try this alternative. |

| Pros | Ur skin clears up and brightens your skin, but you have to use my special formula read bottom line |
|---|---|
| Cons | your face tastes like honey and lemon, your girl/boy friend might want to lick your face |
| Bottom line | Get some thick honey and cut a lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice in it. Squeeze the other half in a glass of water and drink it. Mix it with your finger and then lick your finger dry. If its too runny let it dry a bit, then put it all over face, but rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Eat the left overs. Then leave it on for as long as u want then just rinse it off. |

| Pros | Skin is softer redness goes down reduces marks helps complexion natural glow even moisture tasty |
|---|---|
| Cons | Sticky Acne continued after not using for a week or so. probably not the honeys fault though. |
| Bottom line | I've only used this three times, and i use any honey lying around my house. I have to say, it works better than anything else. i'm probably going to start using it every other night, because every time i have used it it has helped immediately. It doesn't make my face too dry, nor too greasy. I don't know how acne medication cannot have honey in it, because it's the only one ingredient thing i have ever used for an acne treatment, and works better than everything else that contains endless different ingredients. I usually leave it on for 15 mins and wash it off really well with warm water. |

| Pros | -fades red marks. -smooths skin. -looks to be helping in filling my few very shallow depressions on my jawline. =) -brightens complexion. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Its the waiting around that I hate while wearing the mask because you cant really do anything because of the dripping. I just lay out a old blanket on my bed, light some candles, soothing music and lay down and chill so its not all bad =) |
| Bottom line | I dont really see it helping to dry out spots lke some other people say but it does seem to even my colouring and complexion so its wonderfull for that. Also when you apply spend a good 5 minutes really massaging it into your skin i find this helps alot. I brought my honey from a well known health store in the UK Holland and Barret, all their Honey is raw and Organic I think I payed about £4.99. Bottom line: You cant really go wrong...just try it. |

| Pros | gentle, anti-bacterial, reduces acne bumps/redeness, tightens pores |
|---|---|
| Cons | drippy |
| Bottom line | i was so amazed at the results of using a honey mask (1 tbsp honey with a tsp cinnamon) overnight. When i washed off the honey for the first time the next morning all my redness was reduced and most of my cystic bumps had also been reduced. my skin also felt softer and had a more even texture to it. i continued to use it for a week or so. However i stopped because it was very messy and upon trying again later it didn't have the same effects. it initially worked but didn't continue to work to completely relieve my acne. |

| Pros | -Moisturizing properties -Reduces redness -Softens skin -Enhances skin tone -Suppresses breakouts |
|---|---|
| Cons | (Very minute) -Sticky on face -Messy to a minor degree |
| Bottom line | My skin was subdued to excessive and compulsive washing which in turn caused redness, irritation, and dryness. After reading about honey, I decided to give it a go because it was so simple and I just happened to have a jar of honey at home. After the 1st use of honey, my face was unbelievably hydrated, soft, and not flaky. It's been 3 days now I believe and the pigmentation left by my acne is starting to subside slowly. I highly recommend this to anyone with acne as it is natural and possesses highly nutritional factors that apparently aids the skin in terms of health and impurities. I plan to share my continued experiences with honey once I hit the 1-3 week point where I can see more significantly positive results. |

| Pros | Leaves skin soft, smoother texture.. takes away irritation |
|---|---|
| Cons | A bit sticky and messy, but that's all right |
| Bottom line | My skin has gotten a little red and raw due to Retin-A cream use.. as expected from the treatment.. so I thought I'll take a break from it to try to reduce the irritation. I read great reviews about the honey mask so I decided to try it. Mixed pure honey with cinnamon and left it on my face for an hour... when I wash it off, the irritation and redness that was caused by the Retin-A was gone.. and my skin feels smooth. All the peeled off skin were washed off.. and my skin's complexion looks better :) I'm going to take a break from Retin-A for 3-4 days before starting it again.. In the mean time, it's the honey mask for me :) |

| Pros | Taste, heals acne scars, helps with acne |
|---|---|
| Cons | Smell, can be expensive depending on honey purchased, drippy |
| Bottom line | I, like many other users, was pretty skeptical of using a honey mask. But, after having a bad hormonal break out, I had visions of the number of purple marks that I would be left with for months after the acne healed. So, after doing a pretty extensive search, I decided that honey was worth a try. I ran to the nearest health food store and bought a fairly expensive two-pound jar of raw/organic honey and organic cinnamon and hazlenut, which came out to 30 dollars even (Each of my three prescriptions from my dermatologist costs 75 dollars, so this was a bargain). Let me tell you something; as a caveat, this organic honey ("Really Raw" brand) might taste like honey, but it sure doesn't smell like it--you get used to the smell after about five minutes or less, however. I put about 2 tablespoons of honey, half a teaspoon of both cinnamon and nutmeg, and two tablets of crushed aspirin in a cup, mix it together, then apply it to my face for about at least an hour or until I can't tolerate the dripping from the honey any more. After the first day, I wasn't very impressed. Four days later, though, and I am delighted. The new scars that would have been forming from my recent breakout are nearly gone, and my older ones are slowly disappearing as well, though not as quickly. Also, a new white head that was forming has also subsided and gone away; I'm not sure if that was the honey's doing, but I don't know what else would cause it. If the dripping starts annoying me too much, I literally place a piece of saran rap on the bottom of the chin to catch the drippings before they can fall on my clothes or bed, which they do. A few paper towels on your lap if you're sitting up doesn't hurt, either. I think it's great, and I will continue using it every day until my marks subside completely and perhaps continue using it a few times per week if it continues to help with my breakouts. Consider using this in combination wit |

| Pros | Works very well in reducing redness and making skin look a lot brighter. Seems to really reduce the appearance of acne scars. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Sticky is the only con. |
| Bottom line | At first using honey seemed to be ridiculous, but I was so fed up with my acne which has stuck with me for the past few years that I had to give it a try. To y amazement, its been working very well. I know I have only been using it for a week, but I can already see a great change in the appearance of my skin. I would recommend this product to anyone I know with skin problems. |

|---|---|
| Cons | hmmm nothing really |
| Bottom line | It works i mean i've been using it for about hmmm 3 weeks i think and i saw results after 3 days i reccomend you try this i mean when you sick and tired of acne and black heads give a shot you nothing to loose i love it because it makes your skin soooo soft and since my boyfriend apparently loves to touch my face he noticed right away soo yeah try it!!!!ohh if your wondering what to do you get like a quarter size of honey (PURE or ORGANIC) put it in a microwave safe dish bowl i usually cut up a plastic cup...and like maybe 3-4 drops of water and microwave that sucker for about 6-8 seconds (regular) and just spread it on your face but massage it in while you doing it leave it on as long as you want you can even sleep in it then wash it off with warm water with your hands or cloth then w/ cold water to tighten those pores:D you can use it every day 3-4 a week whatever you comfortable with:D well hope this helped BYE♥ |
