I started drinking green tea two months ago when I arrived in Korea, both because it was cheap and readily available. During the time that I was drinking it, my skin was more clear than it ever had been before; I stopped drinking it and started drinking regular juice because I did not know it was the green tea that was helping, and the pimples returned. Having visited this site, it makes sense to me that it was the green tea that was helping, and have since returned to drinking it. It is healthy, and helpful, drink it if you can.

i think you should all be drinking mor of it like 3 or 4 pots of it a day if u drink it everyday u will not age very fast u will priobly never get cancer and u will live very old and so on

Been drinking 3-5 cups a day for a week, EXCELLENT IMPROVEMENT!! But will it affect my puberty in any way? I heard excessive Tea intake can up the estrogen in your body.

Green Tea is great...Drink it after every meal to take the toxins that cause acne out...IT WORKS, ive tried everything...Does Hunysickle really work better?Hmmm....

Iv started drinking a cup of green t 4 the last 5 weeks, bit of improvement-but gonna start drinking more!is better 4u though,i dont even need sugar.

Green Tea really helps your acne. There are different kinds of Green Tea, Green Tea with Honeysuckle (sometimes sold as Pimple Tea in Chinatowns) helps even more.
