Pros tastes very good
Cons didn't really clear up my acne
Bottom line now, i've been drinking more than 6 cups of green tea everyday for the past yer. i don't believe that it clears up acne since i still continue to have severe acne. after going on this website and hearing form people that i'm suppose to rub the wet green tea bag on my face, i tried it. after trying it for over a month, my face has worsed slightly. i begun growing more huge, red cysts and whiteheads ever since i begin rubbing the bag onto my face. what a big disappointment

Pros I dunno if it really works for acne... but I like it, just the same.
Cons None. Love it.
Bottom line I never had acne in high school. I only began to break out when I turned 20 or so. I've tried everything...Proactive, Murad, Birth Control (Yasmin and Ortho Tri-Cycline lo), Retin-A, antibiotics, and most of the time I took a combination. All controlled it somewhat, but never completely cleared it up. The only thing I haven't tried is Acutane... and I really don't want to deal with my face peeling on a daily basis (although Retin A had the same effect). I have been drinking green tea pretty regularly (around 4 cups a day) for about a year now, and I haven't noticed that it's really helped. I've since stopped Yasmin and it's gotten worse. I've never tried actually applying the tea bag to my face though, but I drink enough of it, might as well give it a shot.

Pros reduces redness, softens skin, organic, AND TASTES GOOD.
Cons Makes you pee a lot, and since I also drink green tea at school, a lot of my teachers think I have some sort of bladder problem. :/
Bottom line Love it. Natural way to clear skin. I've used SO many products and most of them seemed to make my skin worse. I drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day. Only one cup or none will be caffienated so I don't bounce of the walls :).
I rub a bag damped with cold water in the morning and before I go to bed. I used to have an average amount of acne, but now I only get a pimple once and a while. With the help of green tea I get rid of those fast to! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.

Pros Brightens skin, reduces redness, helps calm pimples.
Cons slight dryness
Bottom line I bought some decaffeinated green tea and just after the first day I noticed my skin to be significantly brighter, and redness was not so bad. Even helped to dry out an active pimple by placing the cooled tea bag over it. I not only drank a few cups in the first day, but diluted some tea with some water and put it in a spray bottle to use over my skin. Really nice result.

The dryness I experienced may have been from other products, as I do use acne creams as well..but a good moisturizer never hurts no matter what the case is. I'd give green tea a try!

Bottom line I have been drinking two cups of green tea to replace my two cups of coffee. I use the warm (not hot) tea bag on my face as an astringent. In the first week, the results were really great. I'm in week two and all the redness seems to have subsided. I had be religiously using other expensive products but simple green tea seems to work as well if not better.

Pros IT WORKS!
Cons Annoying to apply.
Bottom line PUT IT ON YOUR FACE. IT WORKS LIKE NOTHING ELSE!

Gives your skin a nice smooth and tanned look.
You can actually feel it tightening the pores as it dries.
