| Pros | Cheap, comfortable and plesent fragrance |
|---|---|
| Cons | None. |
| Bottom line | I have been using this as my shaving foam for months, and before that another Gillette foam. Not because of my acne but just cos thats what I always use. I switched to a different product (erasmic) for no reason other than they didn't have Gillette on that day & my mild acne came back within 2 days. It's just occured to me, having seen this article that this is the cause. So yes, it does work VERY WELL. Also try using E45 cream to wash your face with instead of soaps or expensive facial scrubs/lotions. you can get a massive 500ml tub of E45 for about $1. |

| Pros | I use this for shaving for one, but also to treat my acne. Just squeeze a little on your hand and rub on your whole face. Within 3 days, seriously my acne has reduced probally 70%. I expect within 95% by the end of the week. |

| Pros | Ok price, not too bad for shaving cream, works very well if warmed before application. |
|---|---|
| Cons | No negative side effects |
| Bottom line | I haven't had an outbreak in or near my facial hair at all since i started using this product. Works very well. Note: I use a shaving cream warmer, not sure if this effects the quality of the product as far as acne is concerned, but it does make shaving smoother and easier. |

| Pros | Non-irritating shave. Cheap. My dermatologist recommended. |
|---|---|
| Bottom line | I bought a can for under two bucks at wal-mart. I always get a good shave with little to no irritation. I used to use Clearasil Acne Formula Shaving Cream, and always came out with nicks and breakouts. My dermatologist steered me away from their dubious marketing ploy and got me to this product - much much more comfortable shave. |

| Pros | Smells good, gets the job done. No irritation on the skin, and has no side effects. Makes shaving with acne possible. |
|---|---|
| Cons | There are no inherent issues with the product. It gets what it was intended to do, done. But I would prefer something to help treat acne. |

While the price is okay, not too expensive but not cheap
it is a good shaving cream, it is the best that i have
tried. Noticed it works best with a moist, not wet face.
Really good, lets blade glide along without irritaion.
I suggest getting the gel instead of the foam, lasts alot
longer.
