This product is nice and makes my skin smooth and helps with redness, but unfortunately it dries to a thin crust on my face which later causes me to have a few pimples. I've done experimenting where I would not use it for a while, then try it again cause I do like the fact that it's not oily, but it breaks me out. Complex 15 works for me and does not cause break outs, but it has an odd smell after it is on and it has a very slight greasy feeling.

grr 2 acne from Canada

Ive been using this for about 2 months now, its been amazing, I get 1 or 2 zits a MONTH now instead of a week I barely breakout when I do its usually my own fault for eating junk or stressing out etc.
My redness has faded alot, and im not sure if my scars are fading I cant see much of a difference so far in them.
I use this every night before bed and lather it on, usually it takes about a half hour to dry completly so its not sticking to my hair and pillow lol, but really this stuff has made life so much easier for me, less drastic huge swollen zits and redness and more over all speeded healing

I've been using this product for a week now and I noticed a big improvement in my skin. The red marks are fading and no pimples.

But I do want to mention that I did a test on myself before I start using this product. I read an article how dairy food can cause acnes because of the antibotics that are injected in the cows to product more milk. The anitbotics are like pregnant hormones, so when you eat dairy food, your body thinks you're pregnant and cause your hormones to go out of balance.

So I did a test to see if it's true. I had no dairy food for 2 weeks and what a difference I saw in my face. I noticed right away no more development of new pimples or cysts. Then I decided to go back to dairy food again. I started breaking out again. From then on, I cut out dairy food and I haven't had another pimple again. But I had another problem. The scars and red marks are still there.

This is when I found FOTE from T-tapp website. Once I started using this product, I noticed the red marks fading immediately and my skin seems more smooth. I use this every night as a mask and wash it off with St. Ives Apricot Scrub (oil free only). My skin would look radiant and healthy in the morning.

I would definitely recommend this product to help the red marks and scars on your face but do try testing yourself to see if dairy food is also another problem that is causing your acne.

Last time i gave this stuff a try it wasnt effective at all it seemed. Now about a month later and using it for about 2 weeks it has actually been fading redmarks, my face doesnt look nearly as red as usual. So im going to continue to apply the Aloe gel as often as possible but really its horrible under makeup. So i can only use it at night.

hey guys, now i hav been using this product 4 2 wks now and it has cleared my right side cheek... wen u start using it guys u gotta expect pimples to come out cuz the aloe purges da stuff unda neath ur skin, so if u have any small bumps wen u stretch ur skin, like i got it on my chin, and wen u use aloe, the bumps will come out, so a pimple, but very small, and within 1/2 a day the pus is at the surface and wen its ready i pop it and put aloe, sooo guyzz expect pimples for the couple of wks wen ur using it, and i will come back wen i use it 4 a mth, so yea... there iz hope and dont give up...

Aloe vera is soothing and healing when applied to red, irritated skin, and I have had good results with it in the past. It will do very little to cure or prevent your acne though, it will only speed healing.

I am about to experiment with a recipe of aloe, tea tree oil, and homemade infusion of echinacea. I'm still researching emollients so that my face can be more moisturized. I keep trying and trying products and I'm out of patience, so I'm going back to basics, back to the drawing board, and making my own through experimentation. Aloe seems like it will make a very good base for the recipe I'm forming.

About Fruit of the Earth specifically: I believe you should not trust it. Look at all the other ingredients, folks! Here, I'll list them: TRIETHANOLAMINE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, CARBOMER 940, TETRASODIUM EDTA, DMDM HYDANTOIN, DIAZOLIDINYL UREA. The absolute best way to use aloe is to grow it yourself and break off a leaf and squeeze out the fluid, but there are very good, trustworthy companies out there who make pure, organic, unadulterated aloe. You might find them in an organic grocery store's refrigerator. (In fact, I think that can often be a sign of a good product. When you have to store it in your fridge, it means it has less stuff in it.)

FOTE consistently gives me a rash. No aloe I've ever used before did that. It gives me a rash and makes my skin sting and flake and turn red. I can only guess that this is because of one or more of those 6 extra ingredients and/or the way they process it.

Give aloe a shot, but don't expect it to cure your acne. It's a great part of a multiple-element regimen though. Give it a shot, but buy a good brand. FOTE is crap. (And I won't even get into the creepy, unnecessary, nationalistic flag on the back.)
