| Pros | great for body and hair no scent |
|---|---|
| Cons | does not work for everybody-- especially for those with dry/ sensitive skin worsened acne dried out skin burning and itching |
| Bottom line | I started using this Aloe Vera gel to hasten the healing of acne scars and blemishes, as well as to moisturize my face during the day and night. In the first week, I noticed that my skin was noticeably drier and flakier. My blemishes were even redder than before despite the cool soothing feeling I felt from applying the gel. After weeks of continued use, my skin worsened significantly. My acne would not heal as fast and my skin looked so parched. It is such a shame because I heard rave reviews about aloe vera for acne and face, and I was so sure that it would work on me. Unfortunately, I think those with dry/sensitive skin will find that this will cause more harm than benefits. This gel does not work for everyone. |

| Pros | helps reduce redness |
|---|---|
| Cons | a little sticky doesn't treat acne takes a lot of it to work |
| Bottom line | it helps with redness but don't expect it to treat your acne. for me, it takes A LOT of aloe to take the redness down, but in the end it works. |

| Pros | Fragrance free Cools sunburns |
|---|---|
| Cons | Makes my eyes sting and water like crazy! |
| Bottom line | It's great on sunburns but DO NOT use it near your eyes. They wil sting and you look like you've been crying for hours. It DOES cool though, but with the eye-stinging I wouldn't use it again on my face. For my body it does work great. |

| Pros | A little goes a long way. Comes in a large jar. Not hard to find in stores. Inexpensive. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Caused me to break out -- I guess it clogged my pores. |
| Bottom line | This product is NICE on my hair to define curls but SUCKS as a face moisturizer (for me). I will not use again on my face. |

|---|---|
| Cons | Burned my eyes, didn't do anything to help my acne, sticky |
| Bottom line | I have had no positive results from using this product. I put it on my face and my eyes literally started tearing down my face. It burned my eyes terribly. It also has no effect against acne or sunburn :/ |

| Pros | Very soothing for the skin after it has been irritated by acne, sunburn, picking, redness etc. Does NOT clog pores and therefore does not cause acne. It is an okay moisturizer. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Makes face shiny and sticky. It's not a miracle but I really love this stuff. |
| Bottom line | Surprisingly helps reduce zits a bit. Some more than others. Greatly reduces redness of zits. It will not do much for old red or brown marks though but it certainly wont hurt. Works for so many things so it's always great to have it around. |

| Pros | um.... none. |
|---|---|
| Cons | -Burned my face!!!! -Stinging! -Redness, Itchiness -Left a rash and dry scaly patches -Is taking FOREVER to recover from :( |
| Bottom line | I read the reviews for this and decided to try it as a moisturizer since my face has been kind of dry lately. BAD IDEA. I put it on before I went to bed and it burned and itched through the night and I woke up to a beet red face that was swollen like a chipmunk. I dunno if I'm just allergic to something they put in with the aloe but holy crap I will never try this again. It seems to work well for a lot of people though so I suppose it could still be worth a try for someone new.... I would just suggest washing it off immediately if it starts to burn. :( |

| Pros | Made the red patches on my skin less noticeable Made acne scarring less red |
|---|---|
| Cons | Hate the fact I feel for the "%100 gel" on the front. Left patches of read scaling skin on my chin and neck. |
| Bottom line | I have very sensitive skin.So I went to the local shopping center for some pure aloe vera gel, in a hurry, I saw the "%100" on the front and grabbed it and left. After applying this, I started to get red patches on my chin and on my neck that stung. The next day they turned into red flaky patches and two months on, the patches on my chin are still there =( Please don't use this if you have sensitive skin. |
