Had first fraxel at level 20, 6 passes, with level 30 for spot treatment. Second fraxel at level 25, spot treatment at level 30, 8 passes. About 10% improvement from 1st one and another 15% from the second one. High levels is key for improvement. Anything lower than level 20 is not worth it.

I've had 6 fraxel treatments with minimal results (about 15%). I dont think its worth the heavy price tag.

Very little improvement. Not worth the high price.

I have had two treatments and was very impressed after the first treatment. I was very red, but not in any pain after the initial half hour --but they iced me very well and it was quite manageable. My skin has never looked as good. It is smoother and my large pores and clogged pores have improved maybe 85%. Unfortunately my second treatment was too painful to get any results. This may be due to my having a dx. of fibromyalgia. My doctor will try again on a small area of my face. Meanwhile I had Botox which helped alot when firming the area between my eyes where I had an awful cystic acne scar right where the crease was. I will have to keep it up a few times a year, but it is cheap by comparison,
